While we have already transformed the lives of many young people across England and Northern Ireland, there are many more who are still waiting for the opportunity to access the specialist care they deserve. To meet this growing need, we are seeking long-term partnerships with social investors, landlords, property owners, and philanthropists who share our vision of creating brighter futures for vulnerable young people.

The Properties We Are Looking For
To deliver our therapeutic model of care, we are seeking properties that meet the following general requirements:
Detached house or bungalow
Rural location or on the outskirts of a town or city
Minimum of four bedrooms
Two bathrooms, or one main bathroom plus a staff en-suite
Open-plan kitchen and dining area
Utility room
Comfortable communal living space
Front and/or rear garden
Off-road parking for at least two vehicles
Garage or suitable storage space
Where appropriate, Safe Places will work collaboratively with property owners and investors to obtain any necessary planning permissions and registration with the relevant regulatory bodies.
